pathetic service!
Another pathetic SP linked with Vumatel! After fighting with them for months for a sevice that was active on their side from on set but no service received on our side, I cancelled their service and they promised me a refund for all the charges they billed me from onset, I am yet to receive a refund. It has been almost 3 months and I AM STILL WAITNG ON MY MONEY! They didn't even bother to send a technician out to our premises to come assess what the problem was... DISGUSTING, PATHETIC SERVICE!
