Pathetic service

Supersonic, please sort out your service. I signed up for fibre over a month ago and still waiting. Fiber line installed a week ago, modem installed, but no internet. If you promise you customers 7 to 14 days, then stick to it. I have been calling the call center daily with no luck. I suggest you come and collect you router, and stop wasting my time. Should have never signed up with this pathetic isp, while others are begging for customers with better service. Pathetic service, I would be embarrassed if I had to be associated with this company. Everyone, think twice before you signup with this disaster of a ISP. I can guarantee you, you will be disappointed.
