Pathetic service by vumatel

In my life as a consumer I have never come across a poor client orientated company like supersonic. You wait for more than 30min on their line and when you finally get through you are either cut off or told one of their "superstar" will call you. Lies, because they will never call back. I read that they were the best isp in the country but from my experience and from many reviews I've seen they are far from it. How do you take more than 3 months to connect a client? Ridiculous.
