Pathetic service before installation even!

Worst customer service ever! Signed up for package 10th Jan. Advised to wait 7 - 10 working days for installation. 20 Jan. advised unfinished paperwork holding up fulfillment. Logged onto portal, everything seems fine on my end. Sit for hours on WhatsApp line trying to resolve no luck. Typical waiting time for an agent is 2 hours before you get a response after transferring. Excellent at transferring between departments but not resolving your queries. Pathetic turnaround times. I don't blame the Bot. It's a Bot. The agents taking more than 15 mins to attend without any updates / acknowledgement is utterly pathetic. I'm frustrated and my line hasn't even been installed yet. Maybe by Dec. 2027 I will have fiber and be able to work. You don't even get a callback when requested.
