Pathetic Service and ******ion tactics

The pathetic service won't leave me alone since I've cancelled my account with them 3 months ago. Now suddenly they're sending their silly collections department at me to collect money for a bill for a service that I terminated (and they acknowledged the termination). Why am I still on your system when you've cancelled my line and I've paid you everything that I owe you? Leave me alone and stop harassing me by trying to get me to pay you money for a service that I've cancelled. It's pathetic.
