Pathetic service and accounts handling

Contract gets cancelled at end of each month. Takes 4 days to reactivate. No responses to emails send to *** Talking to their Whatsup number is pathetic. Got through to accounts after 45 minutes after being number 2 in the queue, just to be put on hold for investigation, and then dropped to no 13 in queue again. Absolute pathetic service and no human interaction or email service that can make a difference.
