Pathetic Service
This ISP is absolutely pathetic. The only reason I switched from vodacom to Supersonic(MTN) is because they are rated in the top 20 ISP's in SA. I have been having low download speeds with them, speeds that are worse than Rain. When i call their tech support they cannot assist me and have to create a ticket and someone will call me back. the worst part is that they call during working hours which does not make sense. I do not recommend using Supersonic as they download speeds and SuperTechies are useless.
