Pathetic Service

I ordered a fibre product on the 27th June, its has now been over 14 working days as per your SLA and i have still not had any feedback regarding when my installation will be done, I have contacted you numerous times and I get told you will call me back within 24hrs with no response?? I want an answer today from you as to when SADV/Vumatel will be installing my line or i will move away from Supersonic and take my money elsewhere!
