Pathetic service

What a disappointment.... Customer service is pathetic. I would like to make payment but no1 can assist me and keep on re-directing my call or all agents is busy. Why change payment methods but you cannot give me the info I require. One consultant said they will call me back this morning already but I am still waiting. The other one that sent me the banking details said I can send pop to the email she sent the banking details from but it is a do not reply email address so what now? I am really disappointed in the service of Supersonic.
