Pathetic service

I have not had internet connection since the 4th of Aug, I have called on numerous times, where I was told I will be contacted, but nothing productive comes from it. I called in 6 times over the last 2 days. Why is your customer service so horrible, seeing from your rating of 1.3 on Google, I would have expected Supersonic to at least try for better customer service. It's pointless calling in, what else can I do to get my internet connection up and running? This is frustrating. I wish I could rate ZERO! It is the most *********** company I have EVER had to deal with! I keep getting transferred, but every person I speak to is as bad as the next. I HATE Supersonic! Do NOT do yourself the disservice of doing business with them. I hope this saves a few souls from the appalling nature of this service provider
