PATHETIC SERVICE

Its the third time I have had to use this platform because of your pathetic service. In December I received a statement with an outstanding balance of R951.90. I called customer service to query this matter as I pay R 399 monthly and was told that it was an error on their side and I will receive the correct statement. There after a debit order of R 801.90 was deducted. I disputed the debit order with the bank and was reversed. I have been calling since beginning of January requesting the correct statement so I can attend to payment to date I havent received it. I received another statement this week reflecting R 1270.90 which is still incorrect. The consultants don't know what they are doing I'm always told something new each time I call. Sort out my billing so I can attend to payment and cancel my subscription.
