Pathetic service

I have contacted the tech department on the 18 February the friday not sure who I spoken to but she logged that the tower was down not sure how long. It's been 3 days now when I call back they say the call was not actioned. I work from home and I need this internet they didnt even care so pathetic and when I was explaining this to the consultant today he cut the call
