Pathetic service

I am extremely disgusted by the service received by supersonic. On the 20th of August, I called to request my fibre line be moved to a new address and over 5 weeks later I am still not connected. I have phoned in over 15 times during this time and still nothing. More than 5 call centre agents have said they will call me back and not a single one has!! And supersonic has the audacity to debit my account after absolutely no service. This is pathetic! It is a waste of my time and money!
