Pathetic Service

Im so sick and tired of dealing with you people. Firstly you cant get hold of anyone on the phone, you have to use twitter. Then when you report an issue they see its a problem with Frogfoot fibre who are also useless and no one does anything. I pay for a 50meg fibre and you guys cant even deliver that. Tell me what the point of paying is, if you guys cant deliver???
