Pathetic NON SERVICE

Giving 1 star, simply because the option for zero does not exist, I am not even officially a client and I am already regretting my decision, Not that it was one I made, I signed up with MTN, not realizing that they are affiliated with such a pathetic partner, I signed up a week and a half ago, For some reason, they had 1 digit wrong on my cell number, I kept receiving e-mails that they tried to get hold of me, However, trying to get hold of THEM to rectify this issue is an impossible task, NOBODY ANSWERS, even if you hold on for hours, then they send you a mail with a Whatsapp number, you save this number and it is NOT EVEN REGISTERED on Whatsapp, like seriously???? Once again, I am trying to call and I have been listening to this irritating tune in my ears for almost an hour, as I'm typing this. Please cancel all my applications, I will go to a service provider that actually WANTS business!!!!
