Pathetic non-existent service - AVOID THIS COMPANY
On 8 Feb 2021 I was promised cancellation of my line on by Joseph Chinniah by 28 Feb 2021. After I have been trying to get hold of Supersonic to cancel since 30 Jan 2021. My new service provider cannot activate my line because SUPERSONIC has not released it. This comes on top of sending 5 emails to cancellations to get a response. Waiting for over an hour to get through to their call center only to be told to send another email. PATHETIC - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

This apology is pointless though considering that I got email confirmation from Joseph Chinniah that the cancellation would happen on 28-Feb-2021, which never happened, as stated in my initial review above.
However, I am glad that all has been actioned as required.
