Pathetic ISP

this server provider is completely useless. you cannot get hold of them, the internet is always giving issues, bad latency. I'm on a 500mg line and i dont get speeds near that. packet loss is horrible. the support team is useless and can never help. the WhatsApp line is just as pathetic, can never help, never phone back etc... now i want to cancel they cant even help with that, i have to do it through a useless portal that i cant even log in to or change my password for. so stay away from this ******* ISP. will cancel as soon as humanly possible!
