Pathetic customer service from Supersonic

It is now the second week and I am still without internet access after calling everyday and every night. The people that you end up speaking to either does not know what they doing, they have no consideration for customers and neither do they know customer retention or even attempting to keep a customer happy. This is the worst provider that I have ever came across in my life. Do they even care that we work from home, no they don't. Not even their so called managers keep up to their word when they say that they will call you back. Pathetic service and I will not advise anyone to even consider signing up with them.
