Pathetic customer service
After been with supersonic for over 3yrs never having issues they decided to cancel our fibre and all we asked was to be upgraded, for over a week been **** to by agents been on hold for over an hour at a time getting nothing but pathetic customer service and now we can't move to another ISP because Supersonic has messed up our address with pending orders and I know if I call them again I will just be **** to and given excuses but I'll still be without fiber, I will never recommend anyone to go with Supersonic they have the worst customer service
