Pathetic Customer Service
Absolute pathetic customer service. Whatsapp line is useless as the operators purposefully ignore messages. Brand new clients with ZERO services rendered. Fibre not even installed yet and no urgency to make arrangements for that matter
No one cares to bother to pick up a phone and provide reasons or plan of action for delay of installation. It's been more than 14 business days and they are still 'trying' to get feedback
Pick up a phone and get it, or pick up a phone and tell me we are no longer needed as customers. Just do something???

Still today I am yet to receive any type of feedback in finalization to this matter and again I cant get any type of actual answer out of the msg group
Matter is so laughable right now. Such a big organisation and this little issue can't be investigated and feedback provided in 2 days???
