Pathetic Customer Service
The service of Supersonic has gone down. My bank account was deducted on 4th Dec and Im still waiting on someone to get back to me explaining why my account was account was deducted with R799 instead of R399 and to my surprise I just received another invoice for January - amount is R399. Someone who is competent please reply.
