Pathetic customer service!

Worst customer care I've ever experienced with an ISP. We just signed up and I'm already stating to have my regrets.

Phone calls are not answered for over 30min of being on hold to speak to someone

They don't respond to tickets opened online, they don't respond on their what's app line. When you do manage to reach them via Facebook. They stop talking to you half way through resolving an issue. Shocking!!!
