Pathetic Customer Service

I have tried to contact Supersonic numerous times via three of their customer care routes. They respond late to your request and then do not give you enough time to respond back with whatever information they require. Shortly after they respond the tickets closes. This is incredibly frustrating especially when tariffs are increased and you need to enquire about this change and how it affects the current service provided.
