Pathetic customer service

Supersonic is most probably the worst ISP in South Africa. They are unable to active an simple fiber line connection. They promise that one of their specialists will phone you back but that never happens. Arrogant call center staff who makes promises they can’t keep. Kicking myself in choosing them as an ISP should have stayed with Afrihost, at least they know what they are doing.
