Pathetic Customer Service.

Supersonic is the worst. My emails are still been ignored to this day. All I want is for them to release my line. Was communicating with a lady by the name of Pumi who's supposedly a billing administrator, very rude and even though I explained my issue countless times, she keeps patronising me and now she is just ignoring my emails and plenty messages that I left for her when I tried calling in.
