Pathetic customer service

Disconnected for 2 days with absolutely no communication. Monday someone said the issue will be resolved by midnight, Yesterday they said it will be resolved through someone call me to sort it out remotely or come out and that did not happen. Today morning, an agent called Jade took my call and had me wait on the phone for 6 minutes initially claiming that their line manager was not in, then that they were actually in a meeting and it took them 6 minutes (in a building) to find the manager (which y the way changed to having to wait for them in a meeting they have every morning)

My question was is this meeting new and did I have to wait 6 minutes on the line for her to remember they had a meeting? This is after she kept asking me ridiculous questions about who took my call before, what they said, etc. and yet all this informatioin is available for her to see.

Quite unhappy.
