pathetic customer care

i have been with supersonic for over a year now. i switched from air fibre to fibre. now they have charged me 2500. first, they said it was for the new router which they never ever sent. then they said its because i cancelled under 24 months which i didnt do either. i moved from air fibre to fibre. each consultant has a different story, they refuse to refund me, and the consultants are very rude. this is terrible service.
