PATHETIC COMPANY - DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Genuinely the worst service i have ever received in my life !!!!!!! Is there a way that a service can be cancelled without penalties or a legal approach that can be taken against Supersonic as i have signed up and it has been 3 weeks since i signed up in seconds but not for one minute have i been connected or had an operating fiber connection.......... you cannot get hold of anyone and when you log tickets on their website they just close them as resolved but i STILL HAVE NO CONNECTION !!!! PATHETIC SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE.
