Pathetic billing issues

I am absoluteliy disgusted, they cut me off cause i am in arrears for debit orders not paid yet i pay monthily through the website, when i call to enquire about this they say finance depart looking into my statement which is a mess to begin with and when i ask them to activate while they look into matter they advise finance as to give go ahead yet they are trying to recon account so they cant say extactily why they cut me off
