Pathetic Billing Department, THEFT!!!

Supersonics billing is pathetic, their service is pathetic and I don't know how they stay in this pathetic business. I have been trying to resolve a billing query, logged tickets, spent over an hour on calls to agents that can do nothing. And still, they keep debiting my account double the actual amount every month. @Suersonic, this is theft, how many other peoples hard earned money have you just ******???
