Pathetic.. Avoid at all cost!

Absolutely terrible service from Supersonic! Despite canceling my subscription in November and returning the router as instructed, they continue to debit my account without authorization. No satisfactory explanations were provided despite speaking with multiple consultants. Last night's unauthorized debit left me with no funds in my account, causing immense frustration and financial inconvenience. Avoid Supersonic at all costs unless you enjoy being financially drained and receiving zero support!
