Pathetic and useless
Back to the same nonsense as we were in November. 3 outages of 3 hours and longer in a 24 hour period. Seriously useless. What are we paying for??? Cannot wait for our contract to end so we can get someone on board that actually provides a service - all we want is what we are paying for - nothing special.

16 Jan 2023, 07:29Supersonic, you do not "take customer satisfaction seriously" - i was promised a call from a manager at 14h00 on Saturday - I am STILL WAITING. What a lie. Nothing has been attended to - we have had 8-12 hour outages a day since last Wednesday. You are a disgrace!!!
