PATHETIC AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE

I started experiencing internet issues/ connectivity on my WIFI on the 15 June, contacted supersonic on their whatsapp number, which seems so useless as you will never get your issue sorted via the whatsapp line as they will tell you that a technician will be in touch with you. I have tickets logged for the same issue and all are still open and even called them numerous times, what they do is ask me to reset the wifi which still does not work after resetting. Last call I made , I spoke to a lady called Boitumelo, who promised to update my ticket and report the wifi as faulty as it could not read my sim card and asked for a replacement modem. The service is so pathetic, I have been without a wifi connection for about 2 months now going to a third month. This has been a huge inconvinience for me as i use the home wifi to study, also my kids have been impacted as they use it for their school work as well, most of all it has been costly for me since I have to buy data for myself and my 2 kids so we can keep ourselves connected.
