Pathetic and unreliable

Absolutely pathetic service- after several calls with numerous changes in communication, we are beyond frustrated by the ridiculous service received. We have been on and off the phone with consultants for 2 days and the problem is still bot resolved! Each consultant says our service will be reinstated within 1 hour! 48 hours later and we have just been promised the same thing!
