Pathetic after sales service from supersonic.

Supersonic is just useless...

I have waited on a call for someone to answer for 25 minutes, 3 times today, and when they eventually answer, they apparently can not hear you even though the background noises are audible.

I have had to wait on the call and spend money on airtime for them to drop the call and not have the decency to call back.

I cannot understand how the line is out since this morning, and they claim to update you with the progress, but absolutely no feedback received whatsoever. Some areas have been restored, but it seems not all which is frustrating because there is NO comminication!!!

The whatsapp is beyond pointless as it says nothing other than they are looking into it and no proper constructive feedback.

When will someone actually try to resolve the issue...???
