Pathetic !

You are telling me I am R1600 odd in arrears. yet my internet is the first thing I pay. My internet for July was paid on the 1st August. On the 22 July I received a statement of R789 which was paid ON THE 1st OF AUGUST. Yet NOW you want to tell me I owe R1600 odd !? I think this is a sick JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!! If this type of abuse carries on, I WILL LOOK for another provider !
