Pathetic!!!

horrible service I have had the same issue the whole year this year and they promise to log the issue with their technicians and nobody get back to me every month I just finish to one rude consultant from there who called himself JD and did not want to give me his surname When I asked to speak to a technician who can help with the problem he said he does not know one and he dropped the phone without giving me a reference number Supersonic is PATHETIC!!!
