Pathetic

By far the worst pathetic excuse of a ISP I have encountered, I have been with them for over 3 months and in all that timey internet connection was never more that 2mbps and yet I pay for unlimited WiFi. I have called so many times and never get assisted. Neither do they bother calling back considering the fact that I had to hold for an hour everytime I called. If you speak to an agent you are lucky. Until today they are still logging a call with MTN. Disgusted by their pathetic customer service. Whatsapp number doesn't work. Online platform is just as useless as it won't let me downgrade. definitely cancelling my service with them.😠
