Paid twice, my internet suspended, over 2 weeks now ,paid through their portal and a link they sent , they confirmed payments , customer service , both their chat and contact centre,is terrible

Paid twice, my internet suspended, over 2 weeks now ,paid through their portal and a link they sent , they confirmed payments , customer service , both their chat and contact centre,is terrible.I only get generic responses for my complaint and just stuck on limbo, paid twice for a service that has not been supp****.
