Paid in full but no internet connection

I have paid my account 4 days ago and still don't have internet connection. I been sent from pillar to post about Vuma and that they mast activate my fiber link this is bull**** to say the least I have paid for the service and I don't need stories this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had
