Overbilling Of Supersonic

I write this review with great discomfort and pain. I have been a client with this ISP for a while and never did I have issues up until I had to move, from 1 area to a different area. I moved from my previous area and Understood I had a clawback payment to settle and the outstanding contributions. However, when I moved tried to sign up I was approved and days after that my internet got activated but a day later got suspended. Of which they insist I should pay all outstanding balances and a full contribution for 1 day's service. July 2024 they reinstate my account and Terminate my contract and still add another clawback fee after they have terminated my subscription. Yet, no one calls and responded on all call ive made and messages and emails sent. Now I am forced to be on the provider and can't activate a different line
