Overall GOOD product - ACTIVATION Department needs some attention!

Being in an area WITHOUT fibre, I decided to give their uncapped F-LTE package a try - seeing as we're paying R1370pm for 10mb download via a local ISP. Joining and paying the upfront amount was seamless. Router was delivered within the 3 business day period. Activation of the account was a whole new story and that's why you guys lost out on the perfect score - minimum of 2 calls per day to the call centre, had to RICA the account myself, 4 days later the service was activated (please note that the service was activated in Jan'21 but I technically only start paying from Feb'21 so I'm thoroughly appreciative). I'm averaging 40-50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps without an external antennae and am thrilled to have this kind of connectivity in a non-fibre area. Well done to the call centre that increasingly had to answer my calls as the non-activation period lingered.
