Ordering LTE is like buying something from Wish... You might get it some day... And it might work

Ordered LTE in a matter of urgency as i was under the impression I should be up and running with in at least a week.. Uploaded the necessary documents. Paid, then nothing.. No calls, messages, emails, to let me know my order is being shipped or anything in regards of information on it. So after 5 days i called in.. After waiting for 45min to get through, just to be told that they are working on my order and it will be shipped today.... Recieved it 8 days later.... Now i have an LTE router and sim... Now comes the fun part. Its not activated... I HAVE TO CALL IN for that to happen. I have been calling since Thursday up to Sunday. Countless times per day.. Waiting for HOURS on hold.. (that tone telling me "i'm currently caller number 1"... For over 45mins) Spent an absurd amount of airtime.. Just to be told "it's in process" or "they don't know" or they put me through to another line.. Waiting for another absurd amount of hours with blank answers. And no... IT IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED..
