Order status "Please complete the following "Final Steps" checklist. We cannot process your order until all steps are complete."

I have placed an order on the Supersonic website, last year 22/12/2022. I am still awaiting for feedback. I sent a message on WhatsApp and all I got was a response stating RAM couriers will contact me. I am not sure if they don't have my details or what's the delay. I waited due to the festive period. Supersonic was quick to take my payment but still till this date no service provided. If I do not get any feedback by money, please cancel my order. Probably because my order is small preference won't be given to me
