Only thing supersonic will give you superfast is a headache and frustration

Beware of the superfast lies they will tell you :4 and half months of hell!!!!! Ever heard the term from pillar to post? supersonic service delivery and customer satisfaction is non existent, they did my installation mid June but there was never any internet access yet I was getting billed, called I don't know how many times and was told someone will call me back or be sent to the house all did not happen, now I have a bill for almost R4k a service I never received due to an incomplete configuration at installation and it was found that the IP address was given to someone else, the only thing supersonic has given me superfast is a headache and frustration... I'm still waiting for that call explaining why a credit hasn't been given and why our case was not resolved
