Only responds to public reviews!!!!

My internet connection has been down since yesterday 12pm (22 April 2026). I waited for the connection to be fixed before logging a ticket on supersonics website at around 16:30pm (22 April 2026). This morning (23 April 2026) after not receiving any feedback regarding my ticket logged. So, I did a google review on the lack of service. - That was actioned immediately because only the I received a call. Meaning that only when the company's complaints become public is when action is actually taken. Pitiful.
