Ongoing Billing Issues and Shocking Customer Service

I have never experienced such poor customer service. For months now, I’ve been dealing with recurring issues on my account — from incorrect debit order details to payments not being allocated properly. As a result, my statements are inaccurate and completely misleading.

Despite countless attempts to get this resolved, I keep getting the runaround with no clear accountability or long-term fix. It's beyond frustrating to have to chase after a company every month just to get the basics right.

This has been going on for far too long. I’m extremely disappointed and expect immediate action to correct these issues permanently.
