Onboarding issues
Placed my order on 3 June 2024, paid on 4 June 2024. Up till today it shows order in progress. Spoke to consultants via whatsapp and FB. All they say application is in progress and with the project team. When I asked if it could be escalated, Im being told NO, eta is 3-5 days including delivery. Tuesday 18 June 2024, will be the 5th day, so will my router be deleivered on Tuesday seeing that it is still in progress?
When I didnt make the payment on Monday, your consultants was quick to call me 4 times on that day to remind me to make payment in order to finalise the application, and now what?
