On the go service wasn't active
From Yesterday i try to activate the sim card some person claim is active from yesterday but isn't some one on WhatsApp but still no internet nor any connections and also taking R527.66 two amounts of 198.00 and one of 131.66 i got this sim card for a friend want a mobile internet and now I'm sit a sim card what completely useless

17 Jul 2024, 17:50How more said there isn't active how more they said is active on the account is only one running i think they wont active after so they claim still owned 236.61 another 434.61 in grant total of R1194.58 my lte fix work fine and is been connect but not on the go service i think they refuse to connect the sim because of the 232.61 what outstanding is and they lie when i ask about the activation clear sign only one active service cant understand why they sent the card if they dont want to activate the sim the later try on two WhatsApp number my one got reply and said is yesterday i will ask all my tears in my how on hell is been active if cant connect on it neither on my mifi router or samsung A23

19 Jul 2024, 17:59Dont think they will ever reply is the worst isp on this planet almost 6k bad reviews there are many others better that this one like RSA web also have more or less the same package and free to use router i will never understand while it took ages they activate my LTE FIX wireless within 10mins. I think they do this op this to force people to get fix lte they put LTE FIX top to connect they wont activate a package what below R100 and came with this router on and off BS stay away from supersonic all the cost i will stay with LTE Fix wireless and maybe i will getting me self in few months back up package from RSA web just incase the router broke and there is a issue with the sim card so can just unplug the router and switch to backup i will getting R250 from RSA web them 499 from supersonic isnt so big hole in my budget so by September or October so have backup internet.

STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC you will lose all your money and over charge you and they all use un activated apns on there sim cards

22 Jul 2024, 06:44Yesterday i Got invoice for amount of R301.00 and i have paid 3rd upfront fee for the same order namely on the go service this is amount so far was R131.66 x3 R198.00 R232.61 R301.00 Total amount of R1259,27 Never do upgrade and order a new service in the same time they already let me pay 3 times the same package upfront fee i think the sending of the sim card was a glitch wasn't mend to this only reason why they not want to activate the service of arrears i was never arrears i will keep the sim card in two weeks i got paid then i will pay the remaining amounts the switch on and off the phone or the router was BS they wasn't able to switch because they keep rolling as order in progress was all time until yesterday and roll back on the order and the upfront button appear 3rd time cant think what will next month if that on the go service became active maybe paid 3 time R99.00
