Cancelled my account on 08 August 2022. Supersonic is supposed to release the Vumatel line on 01 October 2022. The line is still active. New service provider Vodacom cant connect my newer better and cheaper deal.
Whatsapp - no one replying, call back - no one getting back to me, call centre - no one answering me! Poorest service ever
Leaving in 2 days for holiday.
How will my son son study for matric final exam with his online assistance of Supersonic does fulltheir contractual agreement!?
I guess lawsuits, of which they probably have a lot of!
